Hi, trying to upgrade but perk code won’t work. Phoned up EE and the lady on the phone and her manager couldn’t work out why it won’t work as it’s not a discounted plan. Suggested I contact this forum… any advice?

I'm sorry to see you're having issues using your discount code online.
The team over the phone has given you the right advice, as Perk codes now can only be used online at the checkout section. See How it works.
I know this may seem basic, but are you typing the code in rather than copying and pasting it? Sometimes doing it this way can leave gaps on either side, and then the code wouldn't show as being valid.
