EE perk code not working

Dear EE

I am trying to upgrade my SIM only plan to your 24 month £15/month plan. I have a new EE perk code which should give me a 20% discount but when entering the code in the “Got a promo code” section I get an invalid code error. Have tried 2 different codes, different browsers, desktop computer and phone and no joy. Could someone please advise next steps? Thank you in advance.

Yes I do. This was applied >12 months ago as the EE 20% perk did not pull through and had to be done manually by the team after discussing things on 150. Surely this should not affect an upgrade with a new EE perk code.

If they have used a non-perk discount, it's probably clashing with the actual Perk discount going on, @CyrilS 

It may be worth giving us a call on 150 so that they can check your account and advise further.

It would be best to call Customer Care on 150 so the upgrade team can check what could be causing the issue and manually process the upgrade with code for you.
