My EE Perk code recently expired and I have generate a new one but cannot find anywhere to enter the new one. My account is due an upgrade and whilst looking at upgrades the code was not working at checkout? Is there anything obvious I am missing?

Which error message do you see after entering your code?
Were there any other discounts in the plan you were selecting?

Hi James,
The error message that appears is “Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided” I have tried other plans and a different code and still comes up. And it doesn’t say there are any other discounts
