EE kept sending me text messages about offering free data when I top up my credit. However every time I topped up, the free data never show up in my app. I have been calling for customer service about the issue, and they asked me to send screen cap of the text message, as if I have received some FAKE offer. Finally the free data have been added to my account but it only last for 15days. So what is the point of this OFFER?
Got the offer in April again, and again, free data didn’t show up today after top up 😕
Could anyone tell me what’s going on?
