I've recently changed contract and got Netflix as an add on benefit , it originally worked for a day , still showing as active on my bill but when I go to log in it's saying no email registered with that account but when I try using the code they sent originally that says it's activated , can anyone help or advise please

Have you tried closing and re-opening the Netflix app?
