Apologies, could I jump in here too please?

My current phone contract has my discount applied but I can't get into my perks account

Getting the message -

Account Deactivated

Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

It does send me a link when I choose to change the password and I can change it but I get the same message

when I try to log in with the new password.
