I am trying to log into my perks account to get the discount to upgrade and I keep getting the message that my account has been deactivated as I have not validated it on time when I am doing it right away! I spoke with someone last week who passed me from pillar to post and said someone would contact me which hasn’t happened! Can someone please help so I can get my discounted upgrade please?
