Hello
I am trying to do phones upgrades for my wife and I. We qualify for an EE Perks account through her work which we've used on the last 2-3 upgrades.
I've gone to get codes and it states the account need re-validating due to time past. No problem.
Follow the link to the page to re-validate however it's just stating "the e-mail address is already registered"
Yes, obviously, that's why we're trying to re-validate and not register.
So currently, we're not able to re-validate the account to get new codes to action an upgrade.
Can someone help with this, please?
