Please give us a call on 150 and speak with our customer care team.
The team can send off a webform to our EE Perks team who can reactivate your EE Perk account.

It's sometimes possible to re-register if your account has been deactivated.
If you're being prevented from doing so though, please give our customer care team a shout.
They can get this raised with our Perk team directly so we can be sure that we've looked at every option we can.

This is happening quite regularly, is there no other way to unlock accounts?
I had mine unlocked less than a year ago (Dec 2023) and it's locked again. For something that we only need to log into once a year for a new code, it's a bit poor that the accounts are being deactivated before that.

I'll definitely take your feedback on board about this and pass your comments to the relevant team.
Like most online accounts, if they aren't used often, they do require to be re-validated.
The quickest way to get this sorted out is to contact us directly and one of our Guides can send a web form to the Perk team.
