Have you tried resetting the password or registering for a new account? What happens when you try to do that?

I finally got my account sorted & my perks set up, my old account got deleted and I had to re- register to open a new account, I wouldn't off been able to do it if it wasn't for the people on here to guide me, so I just wanted to say a big thank you to you all  for your help getting it sorted out. Thank you.   David

Hello I am trying to get a reset password email for my ee perks but I am not getting anything and it doesn’t let me login into my account. I am due for an upgrade and I need the code. Need help Please

Hello sorry just jumping on here. I had the perks discount on my current phone but now time for upgrade so tried to get into my account again to get code. Its saying account deactivated as not validated within specific time. Could you help with this? Thanks
