I am an nhs worker
I have just upgraded phone have downloaded and logged into Ee app for Ee perks no email is being sent to me . I tried doing this in the Ee shop today was told I have 30 days to do this. By reading it appears others are having same problem
can you help me get this discount please ?

Have you registered for an account? this will be different to your EE online account.

My EE perks account also says the same thing, is there anyway to reset it

Hi, I’m having the same issue please can anyone assist?
I have sent myself a link to change my password and when I have tried to log in it says ‘account deactivated’.
