Hi,
I'm trying to log into my EE perks but it's not recognising my password - when I press the password reset button it says it's sent an email to my account but it never arrives. I've tried this for several days and my 2 weeks is fast approaching.
I have checked all inbox's and spam / junk folders - nothing there. I have also tried this from my mobile and MacBook.
Any help would be appreciated!
