Hello,
I have an EE perks account and it has worked fine until recently. When I click the 'get code' button, a code isn't generated. I have tried in different browsers and on different devices but nothing works.
I have checked with my employer and they haven't changed mobile provider. Can you help?

How many codes have you generated already? You can only generate a maximum of 5.

None in the last year. The perks page states I have 5 discount codes left to redeem
