EE Perks codes not working

I am generating new discount codes via perk.ee.co.uk and all perks at work and the EE site won't accept any of them.

I have tried it on different contracts and via different devices and browsers (it's not the cookies), colleagues have also tried and it wont work for them either. We have also tried when upgrading and as well as requesting a new line.

Why isn't the EE site accepting discount codes currently? We have been in a shop and they said the codes can only be used online so I am stuck.

I’m a new customer, this is a totally new order.

The emergency services discount page states the below -

I’ve tried changing the airtime plan to a “lesser” or different plan, it still just says the code is invalid. Have also tried different browsers and a laptop instead of my phone, to no avail.

Just to check, did you get the code from the perk account or another site such as Blue Light?

If this was from your perk account, I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile guides on 0800 956 6000 as the code will need to be looked into to see why this is not working.

Hi Leanne, directly from the Perk account. 

Thanks for looking into it, I’ll call the number again. I have tried the chat, the number and here now, it feels a bit like EE is advertising this and it’s not working for a lot of people, given the number of posts on a similar topic.
