I am generating new discount codes via perk.ee.co.uk and all perks at work and the EE site won't accept any of them.
I have tried it on different contracts and via different devices and browsers (it's not the cookies), colleagues have also tried and it wont work for them either. We have also tried when upgrading and as well as requesting a new line.
Why isn't the EE site accepting discount codes currently? We have been in a shop and they said the codes can only be used online so I am stuck.

Have you tried using a different browser?
Just a reminder that the Perk discount won't work if you are on a plan that includes an annual upgrade benefit. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. It is not available with F&F, 10% Multi-line, early upgrade discount, Good as new devices, or any wearable device.
If you're still having trouble please call our Customer Service team who can check the code and deal you're looking for is eligible.

I'm having the same issue the EE Perk codes don't work with any of the SIM only 24 month plans or with a brand new phone plan. What is going on?
Reading the previous posts I'm getting the impression, this has been ongoing for a while, but still nothing has been done and everyone is having to jump through hoops. It's not very good service for someone looking to start a new contract.

Are you aware if any multi-line discount shows at checkout?

I'm sorry you're seeing this message when trying to use your Perk discount.
There are a few reasons why this might happen, such as the plan or offer being ineligible. You can find more information on our Discounts and perks page.
If the plan or offer you've selected is eligible, but you're still seeing this error, please reach out to our team. They will be able to check the validity of the Perk code and the plan you're using this against.
