Hi, I received a code from my auntie and it doesn’t let me apply it. I’ve used EE perks before.
basically I am doing the free upgrade where you hand your phone in and upgrade from iPhone 16 to iPhone 17 pro max. 24 month contract. Add to basket at £88 on the essentials unlimited plan, then when I click vouchers and add the ee perks nhs code , it goes red and says this voucher is invalid.
i rang up last week and they couldn’t help, I’ve been in store and they didn’t help either..
phonline said go in store
in store said go online
so who exactly is going to help?

Not all plans are eligible for a perk discount, usually if they are already part of another offer they wont be eligible. It may be the plan you are choosing if it is part of an annual upgrade or trade in offer early upgrade is not eligible.
Have you tried testing out redeeming the perk discount on some others plans, one that isn't discounted or part of any promotion? As if it is accepted on other plans it would suggest the perk code is valid it just not valid for that particular plan you are trying to redeem it on.
