I’ve been trying to access the EE Perks site, but have never been able to get in - I validated my ID, got a verification code sent to my email address, set a password, but now it says my login details are invalid.
When I try to reset my password, no verification code arrives.
I tried getting this sorted using 150, but they suggested I contact my employer. Surely EE has a list of all current NHS organisations and acceptable email addresses?

Thanks for coming here.
If the ID was validated your details have been accepted for a Perk account.
Are you using the same email address the verification email was sent to?

Hello, I logged in to my account and it said I had to revalidate. I went through the motions but when I clicked submit I noticed I misspelled my company email, I put the wrong number in the email. I tried to go back quickly but it wouldnt work and now I cant log in. Can you help me?

Hi Leanne,
I get the same error message whether I use my personal account or my NHS account. My Trust has since had a name change, could there be something with whether that particular NHS email address is now not being recognised? And if so, can this be reset so I can try and authenticate again?
