Could someone from ee please contact me. I had a text message from ee

Welcome to the community,

Please do not put any personal details, that includes your order number in this public forum, as per forum rules.

You will have to speak to customer service and speak to one of the guides by pressing option 2, we cannot contact you from here, this is not customer service and we have no idea who you are and no account access. If you do not ring them, then your order will not be processed, so you do have to contact them yourself, you will not be able to track your order either.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

The text message advises you to make contact with EE directly, this is a user-community forum and is not a formal CS channel.
