Hi. My local authority employer has changed, so my work email has changed. Does it matter if I the new work email isn't updated? My account details show my personal email as contact.
If you have a new company email address, you can absolutely re-register with this. Alternatively, if you only have a personal email address now, you can use this and then provide a photo/scan of your work ID badge to verify too.
