EE Perks account deactivated

I have had a EE Perks account for over 4 years and have successfully used discount codes before.

I am currently looking to get EE broadband and tried to access my Perks account but it showed that 'After 24 months of using the service we need you to revalidate by providing your company email address or employee ID card'

When I've tried to revalidate my account using my NHS email, it says that 'The email address supplied is already registered.'
If I try to login to EE perks using my NHS email, it gives an error that 'Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.'

Can you kindly help resolve this issue ASAP so that I can carry on ordering the broadband package?

Did you get a resolution to this issue?

 

My husband works for Openreach and has had the same problem. We called EE and they raised a webform. He's now had an email to say that Openreach aren't eligible for employee discount, which isn't right.

Thanks for coming to the community.

It sounds like your husband is looking at Friends and Family discounts, or Colleague Products, rather than Perk.

I've sent you over a private message with a bit more detail on what he needs to do to query this.
