EE Perks account deactivated

Hi,

I work for the NHS and am trying to use the discount. I have tried to login into the Perks account but am getting a message which says 

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED

Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

I have been to a shop who said they couldn’t help and I should call 150. I have  called 150 and they have said they can’t help either and I should post on this forum to have this issue resolved. 

I am trying to upgrade my phone today. Is anyone able to help please?
