EE Perks Revalidation failure

Good evening,

 

I've tried to re-validate my ee perks membership however, I've received an email saying it was declined as my company/organisation is not listed?

 

According to the Emergency Service Staff Discount | 20% Off Selected Plans | EE Mountain Rescue is listed, yet my ID was declined?

 

Please can someone shed some light as to why?  It was accepted when I first registered.

Have you rang customer service and spoken to them about this? This not customer service here, but a public forum, and unless one of the community staff are around and able to help, the only way to get an answer to your query is to speak to customer service.

Yes, Spoke with someone yesterday but they were unable to see why it was declined.
