Hoping someone can help here, please - I notice that @Debbie_G has been really helpful with similar enquiries. I’m looking to upgrade my phone and tried to log into my EE Perks to get a discount code. It asked me to revalidate and sent a message to my work email for me to validate . The challenge - my works email no longer works (it was phased out) and there is no replacement email I can use. I am with the same employer, so I tried to re-register with my company current ID card but my details already exist in the system, so that is not an option. Any ideas?
