EE Perks Codes Not Working

Hi.  I've used EE Perks for quite a few years but I've just tried to use a new code (well several really) and none of them work. Tried ringing on 150 but never can through despite waiting for nearly an hour. They don't answer........any advice please. Thanks

Was the plan you were trying to purchase already discounted?

Hi James thanks. It wasn't discounted that I could see. I'm moving to a sim only plan that EE has suggested. £21 per month 25Gb.

That plan isn't discounted so you should be able to apply your code.

What error message do you see at checkout?

It says invalid code entered. I generated two others and the same message. I tried the codes on other plans to check and the same error.

Do you get an error message when trying to use a code?

 

Does this happen with more than one code?
