EE Perks Code Not Applied

Afternoon,

I had a chat conversation to get a perks code added just after going SIM only on one line and upgrading the handset on the other in July. I've just had my bill through but the code hasn't been applied and I've been waiting in a chat window for over 90 minutes on the EE contact us page without a response.

Is there someone who can help please?

It may be that your bill was produced before your discount was added by the Perk Team.

Does the discount show as an active add-on in My EE?

Hi @James_B 

No, nothing showing in add ons regarding Perks I'm afraid.

I did look at my previous bill but because it wasn't for the full amount due to renewals etc I didn't think anything of it until this first, full bill came through.
