data upgrade

Dear Sir or madam：

I would like to upgrade my mobile phone traffic package to what is shown in the image below, i.e. one month only wireless traffic package. Can I continue to use my current mobile number after the upgrade here? Or do I have to change to a new mobile number to use it?
