I visited the EE store in Hull, and the advisor there told me that if I have a Blue Light Card, I would be able to sign up to EE Perk. I signed up and submitted a picture of my Blue Light Card, but I've just had a rejection email saying "Please refer to Blue Light Discount terms for adding EE Perk". I've gone onto the Blue Light Discount terms, but I can't see anything to add it to EE Perk. Please can someone advise on how to resolve this? I work for Hull City Council, but I work in Adult Social Care so I am eligible for the Blue Light Card. I can submit my work ID and payslip if needed, but I'm confused as to why I was told that I can sign up to EE Perk but I'm not being accepted? Please could someone assist? Thanks

Hi there @theofarrer1
Thanks for coming here.
If you don't have a work email you would need to upload a picture of your company ID instead, I am sorry the blue light card is not accepted as proof of employment.
Leanne.

Hi, I’ll upload a copy of my work ID with my blue light card underneath. I tried using my work email but the domain isn’t registered with you.

i did and that's the reply I got.
Thanks for giving us your ID card. We’re sorry to say that the company details you provided don’t match any of the companies listed on our EE Perk scheme. Signing up for the scheme is usually managed by your HR or benefits team, so please try getting in touch with them.
