Hi same has happened to me. Saying invalid and when I try registering it says my work email is already registered. Can you message me how I can fix this please?

Did you register with the Perk portal using your work email address after you contacted us back in January, @MichelleR?
If you did, did you verify your email address?

Yes, it’s saying work email all ready with an account but when I sign in it’s saying incorrect credentials
