How to deactivate my EE PERK

I tried again this evening and getting the same message  

error message. the login details supplied is invalid

Didn't get the email we sent to     This email wrong 

 It should be : 
Just Checking

Error messages Is  the right company email address? We'll be sending you a verification email so need to make sure.

Company Email : 
 can you please delete all account details  for  and  so that I can reregister from scratch

Our Perk Team have removed your account from the system this morning so you should now be able to re-register.

I am still having problem trying to reregister for EE perk. I was told to reregister as my account be remove and for reregister .

when tryed to reregister  this error message I got

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED

Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
