Help! - i can't get BT Sports App to work!!

Can anyone help? - EE Can't!! - I took out the monthly subscription for the BT Sports App and I can't link it to the BT App on my PS4.  I have a BT Account, and when I try and log in it says 'No Account Registered' and tries to get me to take out a BT subscription. - I get an error message of ID003 - Rang EE who told me to switch my phone off and on and said it should be working (Thanks!)

Welcome to the community,

If your account is with BT, then you need to ring BT, as this is EE not BT, still two different companies.

 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi Shockwave, thanks for the reply. I am an EE Customer, and I took out the BT Sports add-on with EE.  However, when I try and register the BT App with my EE account, that is when I am having the issues.

Hi @kandsw1962 

The inclusive BT Sport benefit only allows you to watch on your mobile device . If you text SPORT to 150, it should give you some options for large screen access.
