EE perks

I am trying to do a new contract, but cannot access EE perks for code for 20% off it does not send me a link to reset my password even after trying numerous times. I can also not register as says email address is recognised.

How long ago did you register for a perk account and verify the details? 

Are you using the work email to log into the perk account?
