I pressed Double for the double data and it says go to the website which I have but then what?..how do I know I have double data and how long do we get it for?

Has the double data been added to your account, @Mookle? It should be under the plan & subscriptions section.

Hi,
my plan now shows double data, but how long will this last and is it really complimentary if I have an EE network and BT internet? Seems too good to be true!
I just texted DOUBLE to 1122 and it automatically doubled my data which I am chuffed about. But is there a catch?

I'm not convinced.
Some say they got it immediately, you said wait 30 days, nobody is saying how long its for....Hmmm

There's no catch, it's a benefit of being an EE and BT Customer.
You'll continue to receive the discount as long as you remain on eligible products from EE and BT.

It's been over 30 days abd no double data stated on my account. Disappointed. Knew it would be a lie. You should be ashamed.
