I have just purchased TNT as an add on and it won’t let me activate or cancel. I’ve tried calling 150 but it is just an automated service and won’t let me speak with an advisor! I purchased it to watch a match specifically today! How do I speak with an advisor? I received a text over an hour ago saying that someone would call me within 15 minutes and I still haven’t received a call!

I have the same issue.
had a text to follow link to activate, I go through it and then on your website after entering a one time pin says try again later technical error!
is there a way round this?

Do you receive the PIN and get the error when confirming on the site?
Are you connected to WiFi or mobile data?
