How disappointing that I loaded credits with this service specifically so I could call internationally for my job search and now it appears my credits will be wiped out without this knowledge when purchased! How nasty and ugly of this company! I would never use them again!!! Additionally I have credits and it appears that I can not use to purchase a new bundle! What a scam company all when I’m in the middle of a job search! I am very angry about this and plan on voicing my experience on several review platforms. When I purchased credits for international calling prior to spending my money they did not divulge my credits would be wiped out in 30 days! Further there is absolutely NO SERVICE HELP! Scam of a company!!!!! This represents an enormous loss to me! I am angry at the lack of communication by them.

Now the auto text stated the new bundle I just paid for ends tomorrow!!!! What a communication glitch!

Thanks for giving that a go for me @FrustratedEE1, I'm glad to hear you've managed to see some details here.
Whilst the packs you purchase with your credit have a limited duration, the credit itself doesn't.
This will remain available as long as your number remains active, and can be used for either calls, or purchasing new packs and add-ons.
As I mentioned though, we don't have access to your account via these forums, so I can't comment on if this is a glitch and say for sure what's active right now.
I'd definitely recommend trying to call again, but if you can't get through you can also pop into one of our retail stores, and we can help connect you to someone from there.

The £15 pack you bought does not cover International Calls made from the UK. It also only lasts 30 days.
If when that pack expires & you still have sufficient credit it will be auto renewed from that credit. If you don't want that to happen cuz you want the credit to spend on International Calls, either:
