FF Installation Outside Work

We had full fibre installed today and I didn't see the outside until after the workmen had left. My question is, should it has been left open like that?

Resolved! Disney plus app on EE Tv

This is not on the apps list. Can I add it on to it? I tried to share screen from my iPhone but it didn’t work

Termination fee for upgrading

Been charged £156 termination fee even though haven’t terminated my contract just upgraded which said was free upgrade online , been on the phone to ee and was told nothing they can do.
