Changing NHS email on EE perks

Hi, My work NHS email has changed and our old email addresses have been deleted so we don't have access to them. How can I change my NHS email address to get my discount code as I need this for my renewal in a couple of days?? Please help!!

Have you tried to register for new perk account using either photo ID or the new email address?

Yes I have and it says my details are already registered on a different account. The account needs validating again and I don't have access to my old NHS email.

Welcome to the community. 

I would recommend contacting our customer care team on 150. 

The team have access to a webform that can be sent to our EE Perks team. 

Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer. If you would like me to do that, please send me your mobile number and the email address that you registered originally.

I am having the same issue. Had an email last week saying I need to revalidate my details on ee perk but I also have a new NHS email address and no access to my old work one. I have tried to call EE multiple times and have not managed to sort it yet. I have tried to make a new ee perk account, but again it is just saying that I already have an account (with my old NHS email account). If you can help me please? Thank you

Hi @HannahD1996 .

Thanks for coming to the community.

From what you described, it sounds like we may need to ask our Perk team to remove the account linked to your old email so you can then register again using your new one. 

The quickest way for you to get this resolved is to call 150 and speak to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to raise a webform with our perk team. Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer. 
If you would like me to do that, please send me your mobile number and the email address that you registered originally on a private message.
