Changes in All rounder and Full works plan

Hello,

EE changed the benefits of the All-rounder and Full Works plans. They added something new and reduced some benefits. For example, you don't get 3 smart benefits in Full Works anymore.

For all rounder unlimited- A free watch plan and roaming in the EU  but as smart benefit only netflix basic with advert/google one 2TB.

For full works for Android- Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit netflix premium/ Google AI premium/TNT sports

For full works for iphone-  Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit TNT sports/apple one.

Are these changes good?

That's right, if you have the new All Rounder package that includes Watch Data you will not be charged.

So can the 2tb not be added to This anymore is it only 50gb was told on online chat it was £5 extra for 2tb I presume he was getting mixed up ?

What phone and plan do you have?
Google One is available as an Inclusive Extra which comes with 2TB cloud storage, when you take any Android phone or SIM or on a pay monthly plan on All Rounder or Full Works.

I’m not talking Google one it’s the 2tb Apple iCloud plus I require not the measly 50gb tariff thanks

Hi @Treble, it's only Apple One individual that's included as part of your inclusive extra, whilst you would need to go for the Premier option to get the 2TB of iCloud+ storage.

Apple do offer the additional storage as a separate option though, and you can find details of this here:

Yes I know all about it , my point is why doesn’t the plan include it when plans include the 2tb Google one sub ?

@Treble This is what's included in the Individual Apple One subscription, and is the same as what would be included if you were to purchase it direct from Apple. 

Google One Premium is a completely separate product, and whilst it does feature higher storage, it doesn't feature some of the other services that Apple One includes.

Hello, I have just moved to the allrounder full works iPhone plan with unlimited watch data. My watch was bought separately and I just have the £7 a month add on, the first month has passed and it was showing contract end in September 2024. My question is, will my watch automatically move across to the included unlimited data in the plan? or will I need to call up EE for this to happen?

Welcome to the community.

How did you take your plan out? If you did it online, you may need to call to switch the plan over.
