Changes in All rounder and Full works plan

Hello,

EE changed the benefits of the All-rounder and Full Works plans. They added something new and reduced some benefits. For example, you don't get 3 smart benefits in Full Works anymore.

For all rounder unlimited- A free watch plan and roaming in the EU  but as smart benefit only netflix basic with advert/google one 2TB.

For full works for Android- Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit netflix premium/ Google AI premium/TNT sports

For full works for iphone-  Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit TNT sports/apple one.

Are these changes good?

The Data for your watch on the top tier plan is only activated when required.
If you purchase a watch deal it will come with it's own plan, and so the Free watch data (from top tier SIM)  can be linked to a previous watch to be passed to a family member.
Or if it doesn't need to be used the free watch data plan will simply remain spare

Hi @drzia,

There haven't been any substantial changes to the All Rounder and Full Works plans. Check out our Inclusive Extras page, to see what is included.

@Rach_H  For all rounder it was one smart benefit and full works it was three... Now for all rounder it's the same but for full works it's one. How it's the same?

Please check again. If I go to buy a plan it's clearly mentioned as I have mentioned it in the original post.

Thank you.

I can understand your confusion @drzia.

The Apple Full Works plan will come with the Roam Abroad pass and Apple One, but Apple One includes Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple Arcade, so you are still getting the same amount of benefits.

If you would prefer more flexibility, then you can switch to the Full Works Android plan, which lets you select the add ons you have.

Rach

for androuid its one add on when it used to be 3 add  ons, how can you even remotely think thats the same, its far far worse, and the reason im leaving EE

Same here! They are no longer worth it! On the iPhone side Apple one isn’t worth it! Apart from Apple Music the rest is just filler rubbish! Nobody actually uses Apple Arcade or Apple TV and 50GB iCloud is nowhere near enough!

im now within my 30 days so i either stick and pay £53 a month for my Apple Music, Gamepass and TNT Sports or look somewhere else! Wish I upgraded last week now! 😭

I have EE broadband and so get unlimited data and a £20 discount on my mobile tariff. All of the associated options (including the one I'm on) is a 30 day rolling tariff. What I'm not clear on is whether I will now lose 2 of the 3 inclusive extras at the next billing cycle, or if I'll remain on the current "deal" unless I switch tariffs? (Also, I get an error on the inclusive extras page on the website + app - is this just me?)

Now significantly worse value for money!

I just spoke to CS and although they didn’t fill me with confidence they assured me that would keep all my inclusive extras until I cancel/change my plan. I was also informed I can change them as normal every 30 days!

I would phone and speak to them or use the visual service. That way you can screenshot of get a copy of the chat for your records.

Does the Unlimited Watch Data with the iphone full works plan include cellular as for the apple watch connected to your plan?

Hey there @hamid336007

Welcome back to the Community!

If you have an existing 24 month watch plan that includes data then you'll still need to see out the full contract term.

Once this comes to an end you would be able to switch to the free option to keep connected though 😊
