Hi, I have added the TNT Sports option to my account but cannot activate, I successfully receive and then input a pin but after that it repeatedly states ‘We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later’, however this has been happening for a number of days.

Finally after about 3 days of trawling the internet to find out how to activate this app, this has actually worked!
Why EE can't just give this information when you have the inclusive add-on i just don't know... it beggars belief this could be so poorly administerd by them. Such as imple thing to do but nowhere to be found on the EE website!

Apologies, for clarity I meant the staff whose only response appears to be contact our mobile or technical team and who have throughout many threads offered not so much as even the slightest apology for the inconvenience caused by this TNT debacle, nor posted any helpful solutions.
I know that the community itself is comprised of customers who, like myself, have been trying to help others.
No offence intended to the customers trying to navigate the issues that EE has failed to sort out for them.

This is now working for me, BT technical department got In touch with Discovery plus & they unlinked my EE pass from account & then I activated it & it worked. Only took nearly 2 months to do that!
