Cannot access the add-ons page

When I try to access the add-ons page all I now get is "forbidden" I have enough credit to buy a new data pack(normally 20 for £25, my current data pack is almost out of the backup's loyalty' data.

Please help

@REDWARRIOR80  Have you tried to purchase via the my EE app ?  

There is also know need to shout.  (writing in caps)

I,m getting the same-FORBIDDEN you do not have permission to access this resource. Tried doing the online "conversation" help option-the person I "conversed" with was able to do the add-on for me but it took some time answering security questions etc. to access my account. The guy then said it was a temporary problem and would probably be ok in 24 hrs. That was 4 days ago and its still the same. You can also get an add-on by calling customer services and they,ll do it for you but also takes a while.

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache? 

Which web browser are you using?

What device are you using to access the add-on page?
