I have apple music as a smart benefit on my ee contract. I have changed handsets (still on the same contract) but when I try to go into apple music is says I have already used my phone number so I am unable to login or use the smart benefit.
Any advice?

@BChips3 You should just be signing in to your apple account. You don’t need to re-activate the offer.
