I have tried texting 150 with STOP SPORT but I have had no response. I should I proceed?

Can you tell me why I've had no response? Seems like EE are just making it hard to cancel an add on. Not a very good service...

I'm sorry you have had no reply when texting STOP SPORT to 150.
Could you try logging into the EE app and select Mange then Add-on's, do you have the option to cancel TNT Sports?
If not, please call us and the team can check why you have had no response when texting 150 and help get the add-on cancelled for you.
