Cancelling TNT Add on

I have tried texting 150 with STOP SPORT but I have had no response. I should I proceed?

I'm sorry to hear you've not had a response to your initial text. I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they will be able to take a look into getting your Sport add on cancelled.

Can you tell me why I've had no response? Seems like EE are just making it hard to cancel an add on. Not a very good service...

I'm sorry you have had no reply when texting STOP SPORT to 150. 

Could you try logging into the EE app and select Mange then Add-on's, do you have the option to cancel TNT Sports? 

If not, please call us and the team can check why you have had no response when texting 150 and help get the add-on cancelled for you.
