Cancelling BT Sport add on

I currently have the BT Sport add-on and would like to remove it, as I now have BT TV with the Sports package included. However, when I go to the ‘add-ons’ section of my account, it tells me this add-on cannot be removed.

Is there a way of getting more information about when/how I can cancel it?
