Cancel add on

I have the TNT sports add on. 

id like to cancel it. 

it started a while back, I’ve just upgraded, it’s not showing as active on my account but I am paying for and have used it. 

any ideas on how I can cancel without sitting in a long phone queue please?

hi, I have tried to cancel tnt also but no success, when I try to phone, I get no response. I tried to cancel a few months ago by phone and they took forever to deal with it, I just had to hang up. The app does not give any option to cancel, it just says call an 0800 number which never answers. Bt used to much simpler, you could just click a button to cancel or online chat.

If I can't get help here I will cancel completely.

The number to speak to our TV team is 0330 123 1105. Our team do try and get any queries resolved as quickly as possible but I appreciate it can be difficult to hang on when you're busy. Our contact centres are open 8am to 9pm weekdays and 8am to 8pm.
