I have the TNT sports add on. 

id like to cancel it. 

it started a while back, I’ve just upgraded, it’s not showing as active on my account but I am paying for and have used it. 

any ideas on how I can cancel without sitting in a long phone queue please?

hi, I have tried to cancel tnt also but no success, when I try to phone, I get no response. I tried to cancel a few months ago by phone and they took forever to deal with it, I just had to hang up. The app does not give any option to cancel, it just says call an 0800 number which never answers. Bt used to much simpler, you could just click a button to cancel or online chat.

If I can't get help here I will cancel completely.

Welcome to our community.

The number to speak to our TV team is 0330 123 1105. Our team do try and get any queries resolved as quickly as possible but I appreciate it can be difficult to hang on when you're busy. Our contact centres are open 8am to 9pm weekdays and 8am to 8pm.

I have sent the STOP SPORT text to 150 twice now with no reply.

I looked in the app at my active add ons and the only option was to remove the TNT sport add on which I have done. It said I would no longer be able to use it after my next bill date.
Does this mean it’s cancelled and I won’t be charged?

I also assume it means I won’t ever be able to reactivate it. Is that right?

Thanks for visiting the EE Community

Yes if you have removed it via the app that will mean it cancels on your next bill date, so  you would not be charged for it on your next bill. 

You can add it again in the future if you wanted to just by re-adding the TNT Sports add-on to your number via text or your online account and then following steps to activate it again.
