Hi, I've recently switched from BT broadband to EE broadband (yes, I know it's the same) and I had added XBOX gamepass to my BT account. Obviously when the account switched that subscription expired.
When I try to add it via the account page - (app or web browser on laptop) I can get to the page to add it (for £0 which is a nice surprise) but when I click on "add" it simply returns an error saying "can't do that right now, try again later".
Is this an issue with the service or with the account switchover?
Anyone else experiencing this?

I’m having the same issue. The app is so rubbish! Not user friendly whatsoever.

Had the same issue few months back. I had to call them and they transferred me to some tech department which within several working days ended up emailing me a link to claim the gamespass. You’ll get it if you’re eligible, just have to call 150 (unfortunately)
To be fair, I’m going through this same issue again so will have to call 150 tomorrow. Took out Series X console deal with 24m Gamespass, no text, or email, nothing unfortunately.
edit: Yes, I agree, the app is really frustrating and needs working on. Should be straight forward to claim a gift that was given with purchase!
