I don’t know how to start a topic but I had Xbox live ultimate, TNT sports and Netflix all together as part of a sim only. My contract ended October last year but I’ve rolled it over. Now they’ve taken 2 of 3 perks away from me without telling me and now I have to choose one of the 3 when I use all 3. This is very frustrating

When you say you have rolled it over, do you mean you have just stayed on the same plan and not signed up to a new contract? Or have you changed plan at any point?
What makes you think you no longer have access to the inclusive extras, did you receive some kind of communication regarding this?
If you login to the EE app click Manage then Mobile add-ons, what does it say under Your Inclusive Extras? Or if you text PICK to 150 what does it report?
