is anyone able to shed some light on this for me please.
So Last month EE Auto upgraded me to Netflix premium (i dont even use Netflix) i contacted them and they took it off my account but charge me for it anyway, and today i have just got another text from EE 150 number to thank me for upgrading to premium... i haven't upgraded ive been in my account and in manage section cant find it anywhere to remove it.
What can i do because i dont want t pay it every month or call to have it removed every month just to still get charged for it regardless.

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Netflix add-on. If you text Netflix to 150 what does it report back regarding your current add-ons? If it says you have the Premium add-on does it allow you to remove it by texting STOP PREMIUM to 150?
