I recently signed up for an EE mobile plan, and I am trying to activate my Apple TV free trial. When I click the GET THIS ADD-ON button, I get a dialog saying "Sorry, due to a technical problem we're currently unable to add an add-on.".
Help please!

Please try to text TV PLUS to 150, which will let you add the 3 month free Apple TV + trial.
If you do have any trouble, give our customer service guides a call, and they can get it set up on your account for you.
