Can anyone help me to get EE Perks to work?
i cannot log in or obtain a reset password, checked junk and spam and nothing. Please???

Do you get an error message to say that it's deactivated? Are there any other email addresses that you may have used to register for Perk?

What happens when you try and log into the perk account? How long ago did you register?
Also, have you been able to generate a perk code previously?

I have tried to log in numerous times but get told my password is wrong. I have tried to reset it with my email but never receive the password reset link. If I try and make a new account with my work email it says it’s already registered
I have never been able to get access so have never been able to redeem a code, I believe it was last year I tried to register
